Discounted Rate. Once this account is active, the business may place individual dumpster orders (any size, any date) at $50.00 off the standard residential rate for each order.
Billing & Credit Terms. No payment is collected online. Net 30 — invoiced monthly, payment due within 30 days of each invoice date.
Term. This is an ongoing agreement with no fixed end date. Either party may cancel at any time; cancellation does not affect amounts already owed for orders already placed.
Included Per Order. 2 tons of weight included. Delivery to and pickup from the address provided at the time of each order.
Prohibited Items. Tires, Appliances & refrigerators, Hazardous materials, Paint & liquids, Batteries, Asbestos materials.
Overage Fees. Additional ton: $75.00/ton. Overloaded dumpster: $75.00. Tires: $25.00 each. Refrigerators/appliances with refrigerant: $100.00 each.
Liability. Customer is responsible for each dumpster while on their property, including protecting against damage, vandalism, or unauthorized use. DRZ Dumpster Rental is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or landscaping caused by normal delivery and pickup operations.
